Welcome to the Central Virginia Chapter of the West Virginia
University Alumni Association. The chapter is dedicated to providing a
common gathering place for WVU alumni, students, family and friends to
share in the Mountaineer spirit, forever connecting them to WVU.
The CVCWVUAA sponsors social events such as game watching
parties, summer happy hours, NASCAR tail gate, and Squirrels Game. Members also donate their time and money
to a variety of local community service projects, assist new graduates,
recruit new students, and to raise funds for our scholarship program.
Formed in 2000, the CVCWVUAA has a network of over 1900
alumni and friends in the Central Virginia area and a current paid
membership of 120. This strong network of alumni will always be an
essential part of West Virginia University.
